1987年,土大力成立于韩国的仁川齐物泊前。在短暂的时间内,土大力以其独具特色的美味,迅速赢得了当地人的喜爱。随后,土大力“协同合作、互惠互利“的精神理念,在竞争激烈的餐饮业中脱颖而出,风靡韩国,成为当地餐饮连锁品牌中的佼佼者。In 1987, “Tudari”, a restaurant with only 8 square meters opened in Jemulpo Station, Incheon, Korea. It became a favorite of local people with its unique delicious food in short time and made itself popular in competitive Korean catering industry with managing philosophy of “collaboration and mutual benefit” to be a strong performer in local catering chain brands.

1988年,成立Ewoen 有限公司 1988, Ewoen Co., Ltd was established.

1989年,成立土大力第100号餐厅 In 1989, Tudari restaurant No. 100 opened.

1991年,成立第一家KHAN餐厅 In 1991, the first KHAN restaurant was built.

1995年,土大力进驻中国,成立中韩合资公司,总部坐落于海滨城市青岛。在青岛国家高新区设立占地为20059平方米,建筑面积5538平方米的数字现代化中央厨房,一个具备生产出口、菜品研发、消毒检疫、物流配送等一体化数字管理的综合基地,为打造“独一无二的韩式休闲餐饮”做好了坚实的基础。 In 1995, Tudari came into China by establishing a China-Korea joint venture in Qingdao—a coastal city in Shandong Province. It built a digital modernized Central Kitchen in the national hi-tech zone of Qingdao with covering of 20059 square meters and building area of 5538 square meters. As a comprehensive base with digital management integrating production & export, menu R&D, disinfection & quarantine and logistics, the Central Kitchen lays a solid foundation for development of “unique Korean casual dining”.

2003年,中国土大力根据国人的饮食习惯,坚持在其原有的健康、营养、休闲、快乐的餐饮文化底蕴基础上,经过不断地创新,推出了新装修、新环境、新菜品、新感觉的全新版经营模式,加强了Q、S、C被国际餐饮界共同认可的标准流程经营服务管理。新版的土大力更符合中国人的饮食习惯,在我们不断努力改进的过程中获得了更佳口碑,也让我们更加肯定了“快乐的相逢在此开始”这一品牌口号。 In 2003, Tudari adopted a new business model with new decoration, new environment, new menu and new experience and reinforced Q, S, C management of standard procedure operating service authorized by international catering industry based on its catering cultural deposits of health, nutrition, leisure and joy according to the dietary habit of Chinese. The new Tudari which could meet the eating habits of Chinese very well won better reputation in the process of improvement and made us confirm that the brand slogan of “Happy together” is correct.

2006年,公司引进信息化店面点餐、收款结算、财务分析、会员管理、下达订单、工厂配送等一体化电脑管理系统,这使土大力开创了当时餐饮行业信息现代化的新时代。 In 2006, Tudari brought in a computer management system integrating informationized ordering in restaurant, money collection, gain analysis, member management, release of ordering and distributions of factory to create a new age of information modernization in catering industry.

2007年,土大力经过不断的尝试和经验累积,成功的建立起标准量化操作体系,在全球餐饮连锁经营中成功突破这一瓶颈。凭借标准量化体系,土大力确保了食品口味的稳定性,提高了公司管理的效率,为今后的事业发展迈出了成功的一步。 In 2007, with ceaseless tries and experience accumulation, Tudari built a successful standard quantizing operating system to make a breakthrough in global catering chain business. With the system, it guarantees the stability of food flavor and improves the efficiency of management to be a key step for the future business development.

2008年,公司将韩国最具有代表性的传统美食土大力“炭火烤肉”引入中国市场,获得了广大消费者的一致喜爱,至此土大力在经营模式上发生了本质的变化。 In 2008, it brought Tudari “barbecue with charcoal fire” which is a most representative traditional Korean cooking into Chinese market. The cooking became a favorite of Chinese consumers soon. Until then, the business model of Tudari got a substantial change.

2011年,中国土大力经过十余年的努力,本着“全心全力为顾客服务”的宗旨,公司取得了飞跃性的发展。目前,分布在全国18家直营店,3家中央厨房,14家支社,100多家连锁店,构建了一个直属员工达千余人的成熟的管理、运营、研发、培训团队,成为了国内规模最大、管理模式最现代化的韩餐连锁企业。 In 2011, Tudari got a great development in China with tenet of “Provide service to customers with all its heart and strength” after more than ten years’ hard work. So far, a mature management, operating, R&D and training team has been built with almost a thousand of direct staff including 18 regular chains, 3 central kitchen, 14 sub-corporations and more than 100 chain restaurants all over China. Tudari becomes a Korean chain catering enterprise with largest size and most modernized business pattern in China.
